The Husband shall be responsible for any medical or 1 dental expense incurred by DALE COULTER SMITH in excess of ~ $50 per incident until said child attains the age of 18 years. The ~ Husband shall continue in force a hospitalization and accident , insurance policy for the henefit of said child.
