parties ayree that the cost of the ed~cation to be paid for by
the Husband shall be reasonable under the circumstances then pre-
vailing. The Husband will pay the tuition within thirty days (30) '
of receipt ~y him of the bill from the school.
3. The Husband shall be responsible for any medical or

dental expense incurred by DALE COULTER SMITH in excess of ~
$50 per incident until said child attains the age of 18 years. The ~
Husband shall continue in force a hospitalization and accident
, insurance policy for the henefit of said child. The Husband shall,
annually, furnish the Wife with proof that such insurance is in ~

~ full force and effect. .
~ 4. The Husband shall maintain life insurance in the amount
~ of $100,000.00 with the said DALE COULTER SMITH as the primary
