7. Th~: Nusband herebY represents unto the Wife that he
has caused her to be relieved of any liability which she may have ;
incur~red during the parties' married life and he shall hold her ~
and her estate harmless for any such liability including but not 3
except on any income earned by wife ;
~ necessarily limited to Federal Income Tax liability/should any claims ~

~ for such be made against her or her estate.
~ 8. The Husband shall c~nvey to the Wife the following

~ (a) his entire interest in their marital home located ,

existing Dade Federal Mortgage,
(b) title to the 1972 Mercury automobile now in the
' possession of the Wife, free and clear. "
~ 9. The Wife shall convey and assign to the Husband, subject

i to any existing indebtedness, the following assets: s
~ (a) her interest in and to the condominium owned by i
~ the parti~s at Ocean Village, 2400 South Ocean Drive, Fort Pierce, s
~ Florida ;

' (b) any interest the Wife may have in the fishing
~ camp located in Hopedale, Lousiana - `

. (c) any interest the Wife may have in any personal

' property, including a certain 32-foot Ervin sailboat presently in

' the possession of the Husband,

~ (d) her interest in and to the common stoc~C of ~
