(a) The tuition to be paid directly to the school

immediately upon execution of this Stipulation, :

(b) the costs to be paid to Richard H. W. Maloy & ;
Associates, P.A. immediately upon execution of this Stipulation,
(c) the $7,500 attorney's fee to be paid by permitting
Richard H. W. Maloy & Associates, P.A. to withdraw from savings ,

account ~139065 with University Federal in which Richard H. W. ~
,
Maloy, as trustee, is the holder of the funds and to deliver to ~
Richard H. W. Maloy & Associates, P.A. a promissory note represent- ~
• ~
ing the balance , which promissory note will be secured by the ~
~
i
second mortgage referred to in paragraph 6 above, on the afore- ~
~
mentioned condominium located in Ft. Pierce. Said promissory note
shall bear interest at the rate of 8$ per annum and shall be paid
upon the sale of said condominium but in no event later than
nine (9) months from the date of the signing of the Stipulation. '

11. Both parties agree to move the Court to amend its
Final Judgment previously entered herein by incorporating the above
Stipulation by reference, and further agree that the obligations
assumed.by each party hereunder shall be fully enforceable by '

contempt proceedings or otherwise. The appeal taken to the Third ~
~
District Court of Appeal be dismissed. This Court shall retain '
i
j
jurisdiction for the entry of such further orders as appear necessary i
~ in the remises. #
