THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me on July 15, 1977,
upon the Motion of Husband to be permitted to withdraw the sum of _ j
$250.00 per week from the proceeds of the business known as Seymour's
Inn and the Court having heard the agrument of counsel and being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the tiearing on said Motion be
continued until a later date to be set by this Court; prior to the hearing
on this Motion, the Wife shall keep accurate business records and deposit '
all receipts from the business to a checking account from which all
disbursements will be made. Zn the event that any cash disbursements are
made, the Wife shall keep accurate records thereof and keep duplicate F
copies of paid receipts. Additionally, prior to the time of the final
hearing of this matter the Wife shall prepare accurate records for the
' Court perusal setting forth the sales of the business, any disbursements and

' any funds which the Wife may have advanced to the b~ssiness from her own
~ personal funds. Additionally, the Wife shall provide at the time of
~ ;
~ the final hearing an~accurate and complete list of all bills which are `

~ unpaid as of the date of the final hearing and an accurate statement x
~ , <
~ of any money advanced by the Wife to the business known as Seymour's ~
Inn from her personal funds which have not been reimbursed by the business. ~

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that prior to the final hearing ;

~ herein the Husband, LAUREN MOORE-DELEHANT, shall have the right to be ~
