TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause~coming to be heard upon the verified Petition
of the Wife, and it appearing from the allegations that the 8usband
is capable of physical violence and has threatened the Wife and that
she fears he will carry out his threats, and it further appearing
to the Court that neither party will be prejudiced by the entry
of a temporary restraining order without notice, and the Court being
advised in the premises,
IT IS, T~REFORE, ORDERED as follows:
1. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing, or annoying the other.

2. All and singular the sheriff's of the State of Florida
are hereby directed to enforce the provisions of this Order without

° further order of the Court and to remove the offending party from ~e

~ premises or presence of the other in the event of a violation of this
