Receiver, Compensation for Receiver, Approval of Final Inventory
and Accounting and Discharga of Surety and upon submission of
the Receiver's Final Inventory and Accountinq, and it is
ADJtIDGED a6 follows:
l. C~. LARRY McCRANIE is by this Order discharqed as Receiver
in this action and the liability of the Surety, AETNA INSURANCE
COI~ANY, on the Receiver's Bond is by this Order terminated and
rendered null~and void when C. LARRY McCRANIE shall deliver the
property, both real and personal, over which he exercised do~ninion,
control and posaession during his term as Receiver to PAUL H. ~
LEFFMAN and THEO H. LEFFMAN, his wife. The property so conveyed
