I, REi~? M. FLOWERS, 507 North Sixth Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida, realizing the uncertainty of this frail and transitory
life, and the certainty of death, and being of sound and disposing
mind and memory, do hereby make, ordain, publish and declare the
following to~be my Last Will and~Testament, hereby revoking all
former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: After all my legal and lawful debts are paid
and discharged, I give bequeath and devise all of my estate, real,
personal and mixed of which I may die seized or possessed and
