6. The value of the entire estate subject to adra.inistration in this
State, less the value of prc~perty exempt fran the claims of creditors, does
not exceed s10,000.
7. The estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent, including exem~t
property, be distributed or disposed of by the petitioner.
9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of decedent
. other than the original of the decedent's Last Will, dated Ji.aie 18, 1976,
which acco~anies this Petition. ~
10. Decedent's Will does not direct a~ninistration as required by
Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioner requests that the decedent's Last
Will be a~aiitted to probate and an Order of Stam~ary Administration be entered
directing distribution of the assets of the estate in accordance with Lhe
schedule set forth in paragraph 8 of this Petition.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the foregoing,
and the facts alleged are tnie to the best of my Irnawledge and belief.
