We, JOHN NEVINS and MARY NEVINS, husband and wife, both ~
now residing in St. Lucie County,_Florida, being of sound minds and
memories, do make, publish, and declare this to be our Last Will and ~
Testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills and codicils by
us or either of us at anytime heretofore made.
ITEM I
It is our desire and we direct that all of our just debts, .
funeral expenses, and testamentary expenses be paid as soon after
our death as may be practicable. {

The words "child" a.~d "children•', or "issue", shall include

clude blood lineal descendants in the first, second, and any other
degree. Any reference to "child", "children" or "issue" shall in-
clude adopted children or issue in any degree. Any reference to
"child", "children", "issue", or "descendants" shall include children
born after the execution of this Will, and such children shall have ~

s no right in our estate except as provided by this Will. #

tents of the paragraphs. Should there be any question as to the con-
~ struction of this Will or our intent thereunder, Florida law shall
govern the terms and conditions of this Will.
