ITEM IV

whatsoever nature it may consist, and wheresoever situated, or to
which we may be entitled, we hereby give, devise, and bequeath each
to the other, intending thereby that the survivor of us shall be en-
titled to all that either of us possesses.
~ ITEM V -
In the event that we die as a result of a common disaster,
or accident, we do give, devise, and bequeath all our property and
estate, real, personal, and mixed, of whatsoever nature it may con-
sist, and wheresoever situated, or to which we may be entitled,.to
our children in equal shares, but should any of them predecease us,
to our heirs per stirpes. If any other person, and one of us, shoul
die under circumstances that render it doubtful which died first,
the other person shall be deemed to have predeceased me, except that
person be one or more of our issue, in which case they shall be deem-
ed to have survived one or either of us.
ITEM VI
' We hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint the survivor
i of us the executor of this Will, to serve without bond, any law to
the contrary notwithstanding. In the event that we shall die in a
common disaster, or upon the death of the survivor, we nominate and
appoint JAMES McGLYNN, Bronxville, New York, and DAVID LAWRENCE,
Warwick, Massachusetts, to serve as joint executors of this Will,
and to serve without bond. i

For valuable consideration, it is mutually u~derstood, cov-
enanted, and agreed by and between the Testators herein that this
~ joint and mutual will shall never be changed or altered by codicils
