PASSARO and DORIS PASSARO, his wife, Parties of the Second Part
whose address is 1917 Royal Palm Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450;
W I T N E S S E T H:
~ The Party of the First Part, pursuant to power of sale
contained in the Will of the above-named decedent, and in consideratiori
of the premises and the sum of~$10 and other good and valuable ~
consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms to the Parties of the Second Part and
to their heirs, successors and assigns forever, that certain real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows: , ~
Lot 9, Block 3, ORANGE BLOSSOM ESTATES, FIRST ADDITION,
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
11, page 38, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,.
