Clayton Trust Company, sole trustee of the Testamentary
Trust created under the Last Will of Erwin T. Huber, deceased
(the Trust), having petitioned this court for authority to
sell real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described in
Exhibit A attached; and it appearing to the Court that said
property is non-income prociucing and that the Trust requires
the sale and disposition of the property in order to provide
necessary liquidity with which to perform the objectives of
the Trust and it further appearing that the contract attached
as Exhibit A to the above referenced petition is fair and
reasonable and that the performance and execution of said '
contract is in the best interest of the Trust.
; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:

, 1. That Clayton Trust Company be authorized to sell
E the above referenced real property located in St. Lucie County,

~ ~ Florida, in accordance with the terms, conditions and provisions
of the Contract attached as Exhibit A to its petition.
2. That said C-layton Trust Company is authorized to
perform all the terms, conditions and Frovisions required to
~ be performed by it under and pursuant to said contract and
~ be vested with authority to do all things necessary to
compel performance thereunder by all of the parties thereto.

~ 3. That Clayton Trust Company be authorized to pay
; all costs and expenses incurred or to be incnrred by it in
