7. That the subject property was previously approved
for sale by this Court on September 21, 1976, issued pursuant

to Petitioner's petition on that date. Certain contingencies ~

Frovided in the Sales Contract which was the subject of the
Court's previous order, did not occur. Exhibit A hereto is
in lieu of said contract. _

WHEREFORC, petitioner prays the court to authorize it
to comply with the terms, conditions and provisions of the Sale
and Purchase Agreement above mentioned, a copy of which is attached
hereto as Exhibt A, and to sell and convey tt?e property in ~

accordance with the terms, conditions and provisions of said ~

agreement; that the Petitioner is authorized to incur any such ~

expenses anci costs as are reasonably necessary to comply with the f

terms, conditions and provisions of said agreement and to pay i
