ORDER
Clayton Trust Company, sole trustee of the Te'stamentary

~ Trust created under the Last Will of Erwin T. Huber, deceased
(the Trust), having petitioned this court for authority to
~ sell real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described '
in Exhibit A attached; and it appearing.to the Court that
said property is non-income producing and that the Trust
requires the sale and disposition of said property in order i
;
to provide necessary liquidity with which to perform the
objectives of the Trust and it further appearing that the
contract attached as Exhibit A to the above referenced peti- ;

tion is fair and reasonable and that the performance and ;

execution of said contract is in the best interest of the ~

Trust. #

' NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
1. That Clayton Trust Company be authorized to sell
the above referenced real property located in St. Lucie

County, Florida, in accordance with the terms, conditions
and provisions of the Contract attached as Exhibit A to its

~ 2. That said Clayton Trust Company be authorized to ~
~ perform all the terms, conditions and provisions required to ~

be performed by it under and pursuant to said contract and '

~ be vested with authority to do all things necessary to com- ;
