Petition of D. Alviena Huber praying that Clayton
Trust Company be appointed Corporate Trustee of certain trust ~
estates created by the Last Will and Testament of Erwin T. Huber,
deceased, having come on for hearing on this day; and it appearing
that the petitioner, is the surviving spouse of the above
mentioned decedent, the named individual trustee in the
trust estates created by decedent's Will and the surviving
~ •
parent and natural guardian of all of the beneficiaries
thereof; and it appearing to the Court that there is a require- ;
~
ment by the terms of said Will.that, at all times, one of ~

the Trustees of said Trust Estates~be a qualified Corporate
TXUStee; and,
It further appearing to the Court that St. Louis Union
t
Trust Company, the named Corporate Trustee under said Will,
~
` declined to act as such and accordingly filed a"Disclaimer
!
f of Trust" on February 4, 1971; and,

~ It further appearing that Clayton Trust Company is a
~ corporation, duly authorized and empowered to execute trusts
~
under the laws_of the State of Missouri and qualified to
' - ~
serve as a corporate trustee of the trusts herein and has

filed with this Court its acceptance to act as such:

1. Clayton Trust Company, be, and is hereby appointed ~ ~

~ Corporate Trustee of the Trusts created under the Last Will #
