I, WIIlLIAM EDWARD BORHIyANN, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida do hereby aake, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revokinq any and all other Wills and Codicils
heretofore made by me.
CIAUS$ I: I direct my personal representative to pay out of
my residuary estate all of my just debts including the expenses of my
last illness and funeral expenses.
CIAUSE II: All the rest, residue and remainder of my prgperty,
whether real, mixed or personal, wherever situate and whether acqui~ec]
before or after the execution of this Wil~, Z-give, devise and be-
queath to my wife, IbpSE BORPIl~IANN, now of Fort Pierce, Florida in fee
. simple as her own absolutely, provided she survives me-.
~ CIAUSE IIZ: In the event my wife does not survive me, or in

~ the event my wife and I shall die simultaneously or under circum-

~ stances which make it difficult to determine which of us a~ea first,
~ I direct that I shal.l be deemed to have survived my wife for the pur-
pose of this Will, and i further direct that the provisions of this
Will shall be construed upon that assumption regardless of any pro-
vision of law establishing a contrary presumption, requiring survi-
~ vorahip for a fixed period as a condition for taking property by
~
~ inheritance. In either of such events, I give, devise and bequeath
~
all the =est, residue and remainder of my property, whether acquired

~ before or after the execution of this Will, as follows:
