• FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause coming on to be heard upon the verified Petition for
Adontion filed in this cause by the Petitioners, KENNETH RICRARD DeGREIF
and ROSLYN MARL$NE DeGREIF, Husband and Wife, and the Consent by the
natural mother ~o~ the adoption of the two minor children named in this
cause, and the Consent by the two children who are both over 12 years
of age, to be adopted by KENNETH RICHARD DeGREIF, and it appearinq to
to the Court that the Petitioner, KENNETH RICHARD DeGREIF, is a fit and
proper person to adopt the two children~, namely, JOSEPH STEVEN PAUL and
SCOTT HOWARD PAUL, and that the best interests of the two children will
be prompted by this Adoption, and that the children are suitable for
~Adoption by the Petitioner, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the two children named herein are de- -
clared to be the legal chi].dren of the Petitioner,.KENNETH RICHARD DeGREIF,
~ and JOSEPH STEVEN PAUL is hereby given the name of JOSEPH STEVEN DeGREIF;
and SCOTT HOWARD PAUL is hereby given the name of SCOTT HOWARD DeGREIF,,
by which names they shall hereafter be known; that said children, upon ~
the entry hereof, are and shall be hereafter the children and legal
heirs of the Petitioner, KENNETH RICHARD DeGREIF, and entitled to all ~

rights and privileges and subject to all obligations the same as though
they were natural born children of the Petitioner, KENNETH RICHARD
DeGREIF.
