public sale of the mortgaged property described in said decree
by publishing same in the Newe Tribune, a newspaper circulated in
St. Lucie County, Florida, in the manner evidenced by Proof of

1977 offered said mortgaged property for sale at public outcry
to the highest and best bidder for cash, and at such sale the
