This matter came on to be heard on the Petition For Writ of
Habeas Corpus filed by the plaintiff herein, and the Court, after
hearing argument of counsel he State and the defendant, and
having determined the preliminary hearing should be re-opened for ~
the purpos~ of receiving such other and further testimony and/or
evidence as may be presented by the State, it is thereupon ~
ORDERED that the committing Magistrate be and he is hereby - .
