executed in duplicate, both of which were originals, was executed and delivered
on December 13, 197i, and was recorded on December 17, 1971, in the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, in Official Record Book 7484 at Page 279,
encumbering the lands described in attached Exhibit "A"; and was also recorded on
December 23, 1971, in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
Official Record Book 198 at Page 725,'encumbering lands described in attached
Exhibit "B". The successor in i~nterest to MIAMI WEST DADE ACRES, INC. and
INTERS7ATE HIGHWAYjINYESTMENT CORPORATION is COM~IUNITIES FINANCIAL CORPORATION,
a Florida corporation.
For valuabte considerations MIAMI NATIONAL BANK does hereby assign and
. transfer the above described mortgage and indebtedness to FIRST AMERICAN BANK
OF LAKE WORTH, N.A., whose principal office is located at 1200 North Dixie High-
way, Lake Worth, Florida,
This Assigrwnent is being executed in duplicate and each of the docwnent
shall be considered an original. '
