that any of the terms or provisions of the Note, including but not limited to the
rate of interest, may be changed and f~es may be imposed in consideratio~ of the i
renewal or extenslon of this Note, all without notice to the guarantor whose ~
liability under this Note shall be unaffected. ~
The undersigned shall have the right to anticipate and prepa~y all or any part of '
the unpaid balance of the total amount disbursed at any time times upon pa~yment
of all interest a~ccrued ta the time of the prep~yment provided that thls Note is
~ot then in default.
Nothing contained in this Note, nor any instrunent~or transaction related to it, -
shall be const rued or so operate as to require the undersigned to pay interest in
an amount or at a rate greater than the maximum allowed by law. Should any in-
terest or other charges paid by the undersigned result in the computation or earn-
ing of interest in excess of the maximun rate-of interest permitted under the law,
then any and all of that excess shatl be automatically credited against and in
r~duction of the principal balance, and any portion of tfie excess that exceeds the ~
principal balance shall be patd by the holder to the person(s) who made the excess
payments, it being the intent of the parties that under no ctrcunstances shall the
undersigned be required to~pay interest in excess of the maximum rate allowed by
