THIS INDENTURE, made this 12th day of July, in the Year of our . y

National Mortgage Association, a corporation organized under an Act
oP Congreas, of the first part, and Michael K. Ferr~y and Tammy L. Ferry,

his wife, of the State of Florida, and County of St. Lucie, of the
second part, ~
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the firat part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is acknowled~ed, has bargained, sold, and by~these presents
does remise, convey and forever QUIT-CLAIM to the saict parties of
the second part, their heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel
of land, lying and being in: ~
Lot 9, Block 55, Lakewood Park Unit 5, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, at Page 5, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises to the said
parties of the second part, so that neither the said party of the
first part nor its heirs, nor any other person or persons claiming
under it shall at any time, by any means or ways, have claim or
I; demand any right or title to the aforesaid described premises or

appurtenances, or any rights thereof.
WITNESS the execution hereof this 12th day oP July, 1977, by
the Government National Mortgage Association, through its duly
authorized Attorney-in-Fact, whose appointment was published at
37 F.R. 16799, 24 C.F.R. 300.11. i
