THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon order by the Circuit
,Court of St. Lucie County~ Florida, on Petition for Writ of Habeas
Corpus filed by~'the plaintiff herein, and the Circuit Court having
authorized and directed the cor~?itting Magistrate to re-open the
preliminary hearing held herein for the purpose of receiving ~uch
