ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Motion of • .
the intervenor, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES
OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, for enforcement of Court ordered child
support and petition for modification of final judgment or order on
child support, and, further upon the complaint f or deteYmination of
paternity and child support in Case No. 77-424-FR in this Court,
and it appearing that the Defendant and Respondent, DOCK EI~WARDS,
JR., has failed to respond to said pleadings and papers or to appear
in Court af ter being properly served with process and the Court
having taken testimony and being otherwise fully advised in the -
; premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ against DOCK EDWARDS, JR.;

~ 2. That this case and case ciumber 77-424-FR shall be and
they are hereby consolidated;
~ 3. That the minor child, LpLITA EI7WARDS, D.O.B. 12-10-75
is declared to be the legitimate child of the Defendant, DOCK EDWARDS,
~ JR., and YVONNE DAVIS, the natural mother; -
~ ~ 4. That the natural mother YVONNE DAVIS shall have custody
