THIS CAUSE came on this day to be heard upon the complaint of -
UNIVERSAL HOWARD COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, styled in
the above entitle~ Court and entitled as above set forth, wherein it has been
made to appear that the Defendant, MARCO PLUMBING COMPANY, INC. ,
a corporation, has filed a purported claim of lien in the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, on March 15, 1977 agains t the real property of
FRANCHISE REALTY CORP. , described as to-wit:
West 54. 4 feet of Lot 14, the W. 58.7 feet
and the E. 6 feet of Lot 16, ail af lots 15,
17,18 and 19 of COBB'S PARK, Block B,

and whereas it appears by said sworn petition that said Defendant is nor
