I.ende~ the rents o[ the Property. provided that Bomower shall, prior to acceleration under paragraph 18 hereof or abandon-
ment of the Property. have the right to rnllect and retain such rcnts as t6ey bocome due and payabk.
Upon acceleration under puagraph 18 hereof o"r abandonment of the Property. I.ender shall be entitled to have a

Property, including thoae past due. All renu collected by the receiver shall applied first to payment of the costs of
