ment o! the Property. have the right to collect and rctain such rcnts as t6ey become due and payabk.
Upon accekration under paragnph 18 Ixroof or abandonme~t of the Pmperty. !~~?der shall be entitled to have a
re~ejser appointed by a court to enter upon. take possession ot and manage the Property and to colkct the rents of the
Properly, including thoae ~.*sst due. All rents collectod by the roceiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
ma~agement of the Property and collection of rcnts, including, but not limited to. receiver's fea. premiums on rereiver's
bonds and reasonabk attorney's fea. and then to the sums securod by this Mortgage. The receiver shall be liable to account
only for those ren~ actually receivod.
