21. F~~+e Ai~a~ce~. Upon roquest by Borrowe~, Lender, at Lender's option within tweoty years from the date of this
Mortgage, may make Future Advanas to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with intereat theteon. shall be secured by this
Mortgage whe~ evidenced by promissory notes stating that said nota are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtedness securtd by this Mortgage, not including sums advana:d in accordanve herewith to ptotect the
security of this Mortgage, exoecd the original amoum ot the Note plus USS.
22. Rdea~e. Upcia paymeat of all sums securod by this Mortgage, l.ender shall releue t6is ivtongage without charge
to Borrower. $orrower shall pay all costs of recordation, it any.
23. Attorsey's Fees. As used in this Morlgage and in the Note, "attorney's fea" shall include attorney's fees. if any~
