CORRECTNE MORTGAGS
KNOW ALL MEN BY TNESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned
Mortgaqors hereby correct that certain mortgaqe, recorded in O.R.
Book 270, at Page 879, of the Public Reco~da of~St. Lucie County,
Florida, said Mortqaqe being dated June 24, 1977, and filed June 29,
1977, in the oriqinal amount of $25,000.00, and beinq Loan #22009672, ~
which Mortgage description is corrected to read as follows:
Beinq that part of the South 125.00 feet of Lot 3 of
Car~gan's Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page
24 of the Public Records bf St. Lucie County, Florida,
_ lyinq West of Ridqehaven Road, less the West 851.06
feet; more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest Corner of Lot 3, Carlsan's
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 24 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flarrida, said corner
beinq the Southwest corner of Section 21, Township 34
South, Range 40 East and beinq an l~C" Iron Pipe; thence

and beinq the South line of said Lot 3, 851.06 feet, to
