This cause came on to be heard upon the Stipulation of
the Plaintiffs and Defendants to set aside the Final Judgment in
this cause, and the Court having been advised in__the premises, .
it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment herein entered
by the Court on February 14, 1977 be, and the same is hereby set
aside; and that an appropriate Final Judgment in this cause
shall be entered by the Court pursuant to the Court's ruling on the
' pending post-trial motions.
