FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause coming on this day to be heard upon plaintiff's
motion for final judgment, and the Court having examined the
verified complaint together with the answer thereto, and it appear-
ing to the Court that the averments contained in the verified
complaint are true, that no material facts have been concealed,
and that plaintiff is entitled to a conveyance of the legal title
now held by the defendants he~ein to the following real property:
Lot 15, Block 48, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES, -
UNIT 7, as per Plat Book 10, Page 75 of
i the Public Records of St. Lucie County,

of which the plaintiff is the true and equitable owner, and that

~ pursuant to the terms of the administrative tax deed which is the
~ subject matter of this suit, plaintiff is entitled to a conveyance
