plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8,
page 75, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared VIOLA R. FISHER, who upon first being duly sworn did
depose and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of
Wilmer G. Fisher who departed this life on June 6, 1977.
2. That she and the said Wilmer G. Fisher were the
grantees in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed
by Levi F. Howeth and Madeline M. Howeth, his wife, dated
October 13, 1972, recorded in O.R. Book 207, page 723, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein the above described
real property was conveyed.
3. That on th~ date~of the aforementioned conveyance,
, • she was married to the said Wi2mer G. Fisher and that said
marital relationship continued without interruption until the
death of the said Wilmer G. Fisher. ~
