DEED OF GUARDIAN
THIS INDENTURE, executed this ~ day of July,
1977, between SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce,
Florida, as quardian of the person and property of FLORENCE
E. ZIMMERMAN, incompetent, party of the first part, and JO
ANN ALLEN, party of the second part, whose mailing address
is: 2801 South U. S. Highway #l, Fort Pierce, Florida.
AIITNESSETH :
The party of the first part, pursuant to the order
of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, dated ,
1977, and in consideration of the premises and the sum of
$24,900.00, and other qood and valuable consideration in '
hand paid, grants, barqains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
convey and confirms unto the party of the second part, her
heirs and assiqns forever, the real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida, descri.bed as: ~
Lot 25, Block 72, LARLWOOD PARK, Unit 7, as
per'plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11,
page 13, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. Subject to mortgage from grantee herein
to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of
Fort Pierce, dated July 5, 1977, recorded in O.R.
Book 270, page 1993, public records of St. Lucie
County in the original principal sum of $19,900.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredi-
taments and appurtenances belonginq or in anywise appertaining
to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD ~the same to the party of the
second part, her heirs and assiqns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and
with the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns,
i that in all things preliminary to and in and about the sale
~ and this conveyance the orders of the above-named Court and
~ the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with
in all respects.
