~EAS, Rosa Davis and H. B. Simpson, Mortgaqors, executed and delivered a
certain Mortgage Deed to The Sanford Atlantic National Bank, Sanfard, Florida,
Mortgaqee, in the principal swn of $793.36, whereby sai.d Mortgagars did mortgage
unCo said Mortgagee the~followinq describe~d property lying and being in St. Lucie
County, State of Florida, to-wit:
' Lots 3~a~d 4, block 1, Killers Addition to Lincoln
-Park S~bdivision to Ft. Pierce according to plat
thereof, as recorded in public records of St. Iucie.
~ W~RF.AS, said Mortgage Deed was executed on February 10, 1953 and ~ras recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida on
Plarch 12. 1953 in t+iortqage Book 100 on Pages 125-126, File No. 27178; and,
FIHEItBAS, said Mortqage Deed was assiqned unto the United States of America by
the aforesaid 8ank on October 15, 1954 and recorded in the aforesaid Off ice on
January 20. 195~ in Assigrunent Book 9 on Pages 427-428, File No. 38410; and,
WI~REAS, said Mortg~ge Deed and the debt thereby secured have been paid in full .
and discharged.
NOW, T~RLFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the undersigned hereby
satisfies and discharges said Mortgage Deed, and consents that said Mortgage Deed be
' satisf ied and discharged on the aforesaid records.
