acting, personally appeared K. D. HEDIN, to me well known who,
after being by me duly cautioned and sworn, upon oath deposes and
says:
That Affiant is the legally constituted attorney-in-fact
for JOHN DAVID HEDIN and EMMA JANE NEDIN, his wife, under a Power
of Attorney dated March 7, 1977, and recorded March 18, 1977, in
0fficial Record Book 265, page 1046, public records.of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
That he has.not previously or at~the time of executing
the attached deed received actual knowledge or actual notice of
~ the death of either principals, or notice of any facts indicating
the death of either principal. ~
