' This cause cominq before the Court on Plaintift's
motion to compel answers to interroga~ories and request
to produce and motion to dismiss Count III of Defendant's
ccsnter cZaim, and the Defendant having orally presented
objections to the request to produce and to the interro--
gatories, and the court having considered argument of coun-
sel and being fully advi~ed in the premises, it is there-
upon
! ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
i 1. Plaintiff's motion to compel as to the request ~

to produce is denied except with respect to paragraph two
of Plaintiff's request to produce wherein it is requested

that any communication or correspondence concerning the '

allegations in paragraph six of Count I of Defendant's
counter claim be produced, wYiich request Defendant shall
comply.with. ,
~ 2. Plaintiff's motion to compel be and the same .
~ is hereby granted with respect to the interrogatories pro-
~ ounded to the Defendant on Februar 17, 1977.
