WHSREAS, heretofore TURTLB REEF ASSOCIATES, INC., HAZSN
KREIS and ROB$RT A. EPPERSON, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagors,
executed a note and mortgage in favor of HOME FED$RAL SAVINGS AND
LOAN ASSOCIATION OF HOLLYWOOD, a United States of America corpora- ~
tion, hereinafter referred to as the Association, to wit:
(a) Promissory Note in the principal amount of
$1,300,000.00 and that certain mortgage dated
June 8, 1976, and recorded in O. R. Book 253,
