Declaration,_its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, ~
and acknowledges that each and every provision o~ the foregoing is
essential to the successful operation and management of the Condo-- ~
miniwn prop~rty and is in the best interests and for the benef it of
all the.owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the
aforedescribed-Condominiwn covenant and agree to abide by each and
every provision of said Decla~eation of Condominium and Exhibits _
attached.thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves ~
all of the terms and vrovisions of said Declaration of Condominium ~
and Exhibits attached~thereto, and agrees that the assessment under ~
the Property O-.~mers' Association documents referred to above and the ; ~
provisi.ons thereof are ressonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur-
chaser acknowledges and confirms that th~.,Declaration of Covenants
~ and Restrictions of the Property Owners• Association has encumbered
