T'his cause cotning to be heard upon the Petition of

LARRY EARL WILLIAMS for an Order waiving the inveatigation ~
required by.Florida Statute 63.122, and it appearing to the
~ Court that the Petitioner is the natural father of the a~inor
child sought to be adopted, and based upon the consent of the
Depar~ment of Rehabilitative Services to the entry of this order
as evidenced by the Department's representative's signature below,
and it further app~aring to the Court that all persons required
- to consent to the adoption by Florida Statute 63.062 have consented

in writing, and the Court being advised in the premises, '
IT IS, TBEREFORS, ORDERED that the requirement for an ~
investigation of the Petitioner imposed by Florida Statute 63.122
is waived and a hearing may be had on the Petition as soon as is
