This cause has been considered by this Court upon

the Petition of Mitdred Bianco, Peraonal Representative of t6e
above Estate, for an Order confirming sale of the property located
in Broward County, Florida, and legally described as follows:
Z.ot 24, Block 27, POMPANO $EACH HIGHLANDS,
Second Section, according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 36, Page 21 of the Public Records of
Broward County, Florida
And in accordance with and pursuant to the Agreement dated
May 5th, 19?? to NORMAN OSTROW, a copy of said Agreement
having been attached to said Petition. It appears to this Court
that the sale is in the best interest of the estate and that the

. consent of interested persons has been obtained to said sale,

and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it 18 thereEore, {
