- This cause has been considered by this Court upon
the Petition of Mildred Bianco, Pereonal Representative of the
above estate, for an Order confirming sale of the property loCated
~ in Palm Beach County, Florida, and legally described as follows: -
_ Condominium Parcel No. 409 in Building G of Snug
Harbor Garden Condominium G, according to the
Declaration of Condominium the reof, re co rded in
Official Record Book 2082 at Page 416 of the Public
Records af Palm Beach County, Florida ~
and in accordance with and pursuant to the Agreement dated
May 20, 19?? to ACHILLE TAGLIASACCHI and" DANIEL CAGGIANO,
a copy of said Agreement having been attached to said Petition.
It appears to this Court that the sale is in the best interest of the estate t

; and that the consent of interested persons have been obtained to said

~ sale, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is :

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said Petition '
