ORDER CONFIRMING SALE

This cause has been considered by this Court upon
the Petition of Mildred Bianco. Personal Representative of the
above estate, for an Order Confirming the sale of the property
located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and legally described
as follows: -
Apartment No. 110 of West Harbor Building of
HILLSBORO COVE CONDOMINNM, according to the '
Declaration of Condominium, dated the 26th day
of November, 1968, recorded in Official Record
Book 3801, Page 320, of the Public Records of
B roward County~ Flo rida
and in accordance with and pursuant to the Agreement dated
May 11, 19?? to HARRY DERFLINGER and ROSE DERFLINGER, his
- wife, .a copy of said Agreement having been attached to said Petition.
~ It appears to this Court that the sale is in the best interest of the estate

; and that the consent of interested persons has been obtained to said
~
~ sale, and the Court being fully adviaed in the premises, it is ~erefore ~
~
~ upon due consideration thereof.
~ ORDERED; ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said Petition
be granted and approved, and the sale and conveyance of the above
described property to HARRY DERFLINGER and ROSE DERFLINGER is
confirmed by this Court.
