the Petition of Mildred Bianco, Personal Repreaentative of the i
above estate, for an Order confirming the sale of the property -
located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and legally described
as follows:
Condominiurri Parcel 306 of BOCA SOUTH~ A
Condominium, according to the Declaration of
~ Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
Record Book 2385 Pages 1391 through 1474, inclusive
of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida

and in accordance with aad pursuant to the Agreement dated ~
June 15th, 1977 to MARC ROTHSTEIN, a copy of said Agreement ~

having been attached to said Petition. It appears to this Court ~
that the sale is in the best interest of the- estate and that the
~ consent of interested persons has been obtained to said sale,

~ and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore,

upon due consideration thereof.
