ORDER CONFIRMING SALE
This~ cause has been conaidered by this Court upon
the Petition of Mildred Bianco, Pereonal Representative of the
above eatate~ for an Order confirming sale of the property located
in Broward County, Florida, and legally described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 2b, Coral Key Villas, Sth Section,
a subdivision in Broward County, Florida as shown
in the Public Records of Broward County on Plat
Book 45, Page 14.
and in accodrarice with and pursuant to the Agreement dated
May 9th, 1977 to ARTHUR HALEY, a copy of said Agreement
having been attached to said Petitfon. It appears to this Court
that the sale is in the best interest of the estate and that the .
consent of interested persoas has been obtained to said sale,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore,
upon due consideration thereof, .
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said Petition
~be granted and approved, and the sale and conveyance of the above
described property to -ARTHUR HALEY is confirmed by this
