THIS CAUSE was heard on August 1, 1977, upon the Petition
for Enforcement, Motion for Order of Contempt and other Relief,
Motion for Temporary Attorney's fees and Costs and Ob~ection to
Taking of Deposition and Motion for Protective Order filed herein
by the Plaintiff, MARTHA P. BRUNHOFF, and upon the~Motion to
Modify Partial Summary Judgment, Motion to Remove Cause from Non-
Jury Trial Calendar of August 23, 1977, M~otion for Protective Order
and irbtion to Stay Cause, filed herein by the Defendant, HENRY _
EDWARD BRUNHOFF, JR., and the Defendant being present in open Court
in person and represented bq Counsel, and the Plaintiff being represented
j by Counsel, and the Court having heard all of the testimony adduced

~ and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore,

` ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, ~iENRY EDWARD BRUNHOFF,
~
JR., is guilty of willful-Contempt of this Court for failure to pay
to the Plaintiff, MARTHA P. BRUNHOFF the sum of $3,698.00 in past due
alimony arrearages and $500.00 per month for the months of May, June,
July and August, 1977, all as required by the Partial Summary Judgment
entered by this Court on April 15, 1977, which by its terms established
as a Florida Judgment the Final Judgment for Divorce entered bq the
Honorable R. Stuart Hoffius, Circuit Judge in and for the 1~7th Circuit
~ Court, Kent County, Michigan, on October 3, 1968 and the Order Amending

~ that Judgment dated May 7, 1970, by the Honorable R. Stuart Hoffius,
~
~ wherein the marriage of the parties was dissolved, and the Circuit Court
Ordered the Defendant, H~NRY EDWARD BRUNHOFF, JR., to pay to the
Plaintiff the sum of $500.00 per month, each and every month for her
- support and maintenance until her death or remarriage, which ever occurs
first, and wherein the the Court further established the amount of
