FURTNER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, MARTHA P. ~
BRUNHOFF, shall not be required to attend her scheduled deposition
in St. Lucie County, Florida, until such time as the Defendant. ~
HENRY EDiWARD BRUNHOFF, JR., has paid to her a sum of money sufficient
to cover the cost8 of round trip sir transportation from her residence
in Denver, Colorado to.Fort Pierce, Florida. with an additional sum
of money to cover two nights lodging in Fort Pierce,.Florida. At the
time of her scheduled deposition the Plaintiff shall furnish to Counsel ;
for the Defendant all items listed in the Defendant's Notice to Produce ~
which she has in her possession.
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's M~otion to
Modify the Partial Summary Judgment entered by this Court on April
15, 1977, is denied. _ -
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion for
Protective Order is hereby denied and he shall furnish all material
requested by Counsel for the Plaintiff in the Notice to Produce.pre-
viously served upon Counsel for the Defendant at such time and place -
as required by Counsel for the Plaintiff. ~t
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion to
Stay Cause and to~remove this cause from the non-jury trial calendar
of August 23, 1977, is held in abeyance until this cause has been -
properly scheduled for trial after due notice_to all parties of record
