~ Interstate Highway Investment Corporation will, upon completion of the payments by purchaser, deliver to
~ purchaser a warranty deed conveying the title to the property subject to; conditions, restrictions, easements of record.

~ Purchaser acknow:edges that this property is not purchased with the present intent that it will become
the purchaser's principal residence.

be advanced by seller for purchaser's account and repaid annually by purchaser.
Possession of the property and prceeeds therefrom are retained by the Seller until final payment of this
agreement is made and purchas$r requests pos~es~ion. . -
If any monies have been transfered from another contract to this agreement, said monies shall be deemed to
have been paid pursuant to and be subject to the refund provisions of such other contract.
There sha11 be no personal liability on purchaser to make the payments required hereunder. ~
If the purchase~ dces not receive the Property Report as prescribed by the Qfii.C~ of Interstate Land .Salss
Registration in advance of or at the time oi his signing this Contract than he may void this Contract. If the purchaser
~ receives the Property Report as prescribed by the Office of Interstate Land 5ales Registration less than 48 hours before
he signs the Contratt, the purchaser may revoke this Contract within 48 hours after signing it.
~ Purchase~ acknowledges that he has received a copy of the Florida Offering Statement and the disclosure
_ ~~required by the Truth-In-Lending Act.
