The mortgageea hereof further agree to subordinate or releaee
from this mortgage any and all portions of the property secured herein
to any other mortgage placed on the property for the purposes of conatructi
and erection of any building or. buildings, provided, however, euch aub-
ordination shall not be to a then first mortgage in any amount exceeding
the actual cost of the construction of any such building or buildings.
Releases of portions of the property for conatruction as herein contem-
plated shall be available to the mortgagor upon payment to the mortgagee
of an amount equal to the principal balance of the mortgage and the
amount of land being so requested for release to the whole tract of ~
land mortgaged. .
