Pursuant to the ORDER of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth •
Judicial Circuit in and for Saint Lucie Count , Florida, Probate Division,
File Number 74-378 CP~ dated . 1977, the party of the ~
first part for and in considera on o t e s of ten dollars and no/100
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid, and in
further consideration of a desire to correct and complete the description ~
of the property conveyed by deed of the Grantor herein ta the Grantees
herein which deed was dated May 23, 1977 and was intended to include. ~
and convey the entire premises described and conveyed in this deed of ?
July , 1977. grants, bargains, sells, aliens, releases, conveys -
and con~~rms to the party of the second part, and to their heirs and
assigns forever, that certain real property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, more particularly described as follows: - :

according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, - Jr ~

Together with all and singular the teneme.nts, hereditaments '
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real -
property. To have and to hold the same to the party of the second part, ~
and to their heirs and assigns in fee simple forever. And the party of
the first part does covenant to and with the parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in and
about this sale and thi.s conveyance, the laws of the State of Florida
have been followed and complied with in all respects.
