2. That your affiant has-personal knowledge of the fact that
one DANIEL L. BAKST, attorney at law was in fact the attorney of
record in that certain case wherein GEORGE KOCH SONS, INC. was
plaintiff and ELEANOR ELLIOTT and JAI~II:S D. REVELLE t/a ELLIOTT
INTERIORS; that said case was filed in the County Court in and for
